Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working in diverse settings, from the heart of Yorkshire to the vibrant culinary scene of London. My career has taken me internationally as well, with roles in a luxurious 5-star hotel in Austria and an exclusive private members club in Berlin. These experiences have allowed me to refine my skills and bring a unique, global perspective to the dishes I create.
I’ve honed my craft across various kitchen sections, mastering everything from patisserie and events to the grill, garnishes, and fine dining menus.
